Each time he uses this during play, there is a an equal chance of a basket, a foul, or a miss whenever a defender is guarding him. When there are no defenders, he gets 2/3 chance of a basket and a 1/3 chance of a miss.

Willing targets get no save, unwilling targets have a -2 penalty. Affected targets will always think of Marns and woe Marns to a date. Marns can then use Suggestion to those targets under this influence, with a +3 bonus to his DC.

Marns gets a -4 penalty to checks everytime he tries to repair his computer or do something for the first time with his computer or when using web services he is not yet familiar with. If succeeds at the check, he must repeat the checks again after 1 year but at -2 penalty.
Girly Stomach
Marns gets a -4 penalty when eating carenderia food or other eating places adjacent to local roads. If he fails the check, he is sickened for 1d3 days.
Jester Bender
Marns gets a -2 penalty when cracking jokes. This penalty, however, does not apply when he delivers corny jokes.
Chocolate Monster
Marns gets a +3 competence check when eating chocolates. This lasts as long as there are chocolates within site.
